New Year’s 10 by 10 Workout

The holidays are over and after all those drinks and desserts it’s time to kick it into gear! I love doing this workout routine because it’s fast, doesn’t require a lot of equipment or space and really torches calories while toning.

It is set up as five different exercises, ten reps each and ten rounds. Follow along through this first round and let the sweat session begin!

**Note: Fitness has always been a passion of mine. When I was in high school, I worked at a gym where I learned the fundamentals of weight training and then, in college, I was an aerobics instructor teaching body sculpting, spin and water aerobics classes.
