These exercises are designed to give you a total body workout! The first one works out your back, shoulders and lower body. Grab your hand weights you’re going to need them!
The second exercise will require a couch, a bench or something sturdy for you to push against.
The third exercise in this series will require you’re mat, so go ahead and have it ready! Time to do some side planks.
The four and final exercise in this series will combine both your mat and hand weights as we tone up those abs!
