- Brussel Sprouts
- Butternut Squash
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup halved pecans
- Olive Oil
- Maple Syrup
- Roast Brussel Sprouts and Butternut Squash for about 20 minutes at 400
- Remove and combine with dried cranberries and pecans
- Drizzle with olive oil, maple syrup, salt and cinnamon
- Throw back into the oven for another 20 minutes until brown and crispy and VIOLA!
