You all LOVED my Easy BLT Dip from my last blog post! I wanted to give you all another easy dip recipe that takes just a few minutes to make as well. This key lime pie dip is super easy to make, low in calories and low in fat. It gives you all the taste and texture of key lime pie, with a little less guilt.

Yogurt is an excellent source of protein, but I pumped up the volume a little more with 2 scoops of my favorite vanilla multi-collagen protein from Ancient Nutrition. It has 9g of protein per scoop as well as 10g of collagen which helps promote hair, skin and nail growth as well as healthy joints.

Enjoy this at your next summer gathering, or as an afternoon snack when you need something sweet!

Ingredients:

  • 1 8 oz. tub of lite whipped topping
  • 2 8 oz. cups of Key Lime Greek Yogurt
  • 1 8 oz. cup of Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 2 limes, juiced and zested
  • ยฝ tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp of agave
  • Graham Crackers
  • Optional: 2 scoops of Ancient Nutrition vanilla multi-collagen protein powder

Instructions:

Combine Cool Whip, key lime greek yogurt, vanilla greek yogurt, lime juice, vanilla extract and agave in a bowl. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Top with lime zest. Serve with graham crackers.
