Shipping

If you’re anything like us, you can’t wait for your order to arrive – and we are here to make sure it gets to you as quickly as possible! If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us at shop@samanthabusch.com.

• Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS based on the service selected at checkout.  Rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and the shipping zip code. 

• We do ship to Canada using standard USPS and UPS rates. Note that we have no control over international shipping time due to customs.
  
  
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number.
  
  
• If there are any issues with your order once it ships (you don't receive it, tracking isn't updated, etc.), please contact your local post office or UPS first.  We have no control over the package once USPS or UPS picks it up. If you can't get anywhere, please contact us.
  
  
• While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Shop Samantha Busch cannot be held responsible for conditions out of our control (weather, postal/shipping interruptions, customs, etc.).
  
  
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (see Return Policy).
